History
Red Rabbit Appraisal was created as a partnership of real estate appraisal experts, data engineers, and experienced real estate investors. Local banks were not happy with the status quo in the appraisal industry. Appraisals are often not using enough data, take too long to get completed, or cost more than they should. Red Rabbit Appraisal creates better appraisals, one appraisal at a time.
Red Rabbit uses modern data principles to leverage better technology to enhance the output of an accurate appraisal. Clients get better service from Red Rabbit since the company truly understands the details of evaluating real estate, with access to better data models. An interesting output of the modern data models is appraisals can be completed in a faster turn-around time and for less cost than previous appraisals.
Red Rabbit’s founding team believes in 3 things for insurance: Higher accuracy, time matters, and the cost should be reasonable for the client.
See how Red Rabbit can provide you a better appraisal today!
